John Ohlin, President and Chief Executive Officer of Gold River Productions Inc. (GRPS) (PINKSHEETS: GRPS), today announced that it is negotiating with two separate and unaffiliated entities to provide the necessary funding for the purchases of the factory equipment necessary to begin operations in our contemplated facility in Japan. These new sources are independent of earlier arrangements that remain pending while the company explores the options available.

Negotiations have begun with First Financial LLC, a Florida based lender (www.ffcash.net), and another company based in New York. These new financing options are more typical bank and equipment financing or lease options with no possible dilution.

EARTHQUAKE RESISTANT PREFAB HOME

Unlike traditional building methods, the World Home's advanced fiber composite design will withstand a considerable amount of bending forces and vibration generated from high intensity earthquakes. Rated for category 5 hurricanes, the World Home can withstand 155 MPH winds. The World Home has passed Florida's Dade County large and small missile impact test, as well as ASTM standard test, demonstrating the structural integrity and durability designed into every World Home structure. The World Home easily meets E-84 and E-119 ratings pertaining to rate of burn, smoke density and fire spread tests.

The World Home exterior and interior walls may be assembled from single panels up to 10 ft. wide by 60 ft. long.
