Power Technology Announces Correction to Press Release Dates 7-20-11

Power Technology, Inc. (Pink Sheets: PWTC), announces that the appointment of Kara Guire as CEO will not officially take place until next week. Due to a processing error with the State of Nevada the Company will need to resubmit the articles of amendment and anticipates this change officially taking place early to mid next week.
