EMAX NET, Inc. to Merge into Fully Reporting OTC Bulletin Board
Company and Change Name ORLANDO, Fla., Dec. 9
/PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- EMAX NET, Inc. (EMAXNET), partly owned by
eMax Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: EMAX), has entered into an
agreement to merge into the fully reporting company Xenicent, Inc.
(BULLETIN BOARD: XCNT) , after which the company plans to change
its name to World Access, Inc. Chuck Weber, President and CEO of
eMax Corp., said, "In the past year, eMax Corporation acquired
assets for, incubated and spun off Freedom Entertainment
International, Inc., offering a stock dividend in Freedom
Entertainment to eMax shareholders. As we near distribution of the
Freedom Entertainment dividend, it is a thrill to be able to repeat
the process a second time. As recently announced, eMax Corp.
engaged Greentree Financial Group to assist eMax in the preparation
of Form 10 and SB-2 and migrating trading in our own securities
from the Pink Sheets market to the Nasdaq OTC Bulletin Board. In
the process, eMax Corp was introduced to Xenicent, Inc., through
which we can now merge EMAXNET and repeat the process of incubating
