XGEN Ventures Inc. (NEX BOARD: XGN.H) (the "Company") announces that it has completed its Annual General and Special Meeting of the Shareholders on Tuesday, September 29, 2009. At the meeting the shareholders approved the motions put forward by the Company in the Information Circular with respect to the appointment of directors, the appointment of auditors and the approval of the Company's stock option plan.
