TORONTO, Nov. 16, 2012 /CNW/ - Strategic Resources Inc.
("Strategic" or "the Company"), wishes to announce that it has
received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to extend the
exercise dates of 7,900,000 warrants, that remain outstanding, that
are currently exercisable until November 17,
2012, by one year to November 17,
2013. 8,000,000 warrants were issued pursuant to a private
placement which closed on November 18,
2010. There has been no change to the warrants' exercise
price of $0.11.
Strategic Resources is a Canadian based junior exploration
