Kane Biotech Inc. (TSX- V:KNE; OTCQB:KNBIF) (“Kane Biotech” or “Kane”) announces the exercise of an aggregate of 5 million warrants at an exercise price of $0.10 per common share for total proceeds of $500,000.

“The shares are being held by some long-term supporters of Kane,” said Marc Edwards, President & CEO.

The proceeds from these warrant exercises will be used for general working capital purposes.
