Currie Rose Resources Inc. (TSXV – CUI) (“Currie Rose” or the “Company”) announces a consolidation of the shares of the Company on the basis of one (1) new Common Share (post-consolidation) for each two and a half (2.5) current (pre-consolidation) Common Shares. The Company currently has 35,701,309 shares issued and outstanding.  Following the share consolidation there will be 14,280,524 new Common Shares issued and outstanding.  The purpose of the consolidation is to meet the financing requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange. This consolidation is subject to regulatory and exchange approvals.
