PREF Evolve Dividend Stability Preferred Share Index ETF

TORONTO, Sept. 21, 2022 /CNW/ - Evolve Funds Group Inc. ("Evolve") announces the estimated income distribution and capital gain distribution amounts per unit (the "Distributions") for the Evolve Dividend Stability Preferred Share Index ETF (the "Evolve ETF" or "PREF"), as indicated in the table below. Evolve will de-list the units of the Evolve ETF from the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") on October 4, 2022 with termination date on October 6, 2022. 

ESTIMATED DISTRIBUTIONS

It is estimated that unitholders of record on October 6, 2022 will receive cash distributions payable on or about October 11, 2022, as indicated in the table below for the following Evolve ETF:
