J O Hambro Capital Management Limited hereby notifies that its holding in Infast
Group PLC, together with the holdings of North Atlantic Smaller Companies
Investment Trust PLC and ORYX International Growth Fund Limited, all acting by
agreement pursuant to Section 204 of the Companies Act 1985, has decreased by
5,499,300 shares to 24,482,898 shares being 21.42 per cent of the
issued share capital of Infast Group PLC.  The 5,499,300 shares are those held
by Platinum Investment Trust plc (formerly The Knox D'Arcy Trust PLC).  J O
Hambro Capital Management Limited no longer acts as Investment Adviser or
Company Secretary of Platinum Investment Trust plc, hence its holding in Infast
Group PLC is no longer part of the agreement to which Section 204 applies.
