Caterpillar Acquires Tangent Energy Solutions

Caterpillar Inc. said Thursday that it has acquired Tangent
Energy Solutions, a U.S.-based energy-as-a-service company.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Caterpillar said Kennett Square, Pa.-based Tangent will continue
to offer services under the Tangent Energy brand and operate under
Caterpillar's Electric Power Division.
