Item 8.01 Other Events

Website Pros, Inc. (the “Company”) is pleased to report that on November 1, 2007 it extended its agreement with Discover Financial Services LLC until November 3, 2008. Further, with its recent acquisitions, including Web.com, and continued diversification and growth across its business, the Company has determined that the agreement no longer constitutes a material definitive agreement for Securities and Exchange Commission disclosure purposes.
