DTRT Health Acquisition Corp. Announces Adjournment of Special Meeting of Stockholders

DTRT Health Acquisition Corp. (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”) today announced that it convened and then adjourned, without conducting any other business, its special meeting of stockholders (the “Special Meeting”) held on December 1, 2022. The Special Meeting has been adjourned from December 1, 2022 to December 6, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. Central Time. The Special Meeting is being adjourned in order to provide additional time that is necessary in order to effectuate the amendment of the Company's amended and restated certificate of incorporation ("Extension Amendment") to extend the period of time available to complete a business combination, until March 7, 2023.

The record date for the stockholders' meeting to vote on the Extension Amendment remains the close of business on October 24, 2022 (the "Record Date"). Stockholders who have previously submitted their proxy or otherwise voted and who do not want to change their vote need not take any action. Stockholders as of the Record Date can vote, even if they have subsequently sold their shares.
