                 Cybit Holdings plc ("Cybit" or the "Company")

                         Placing and Additional Listing

Cybit is pleased to announce that it has placed 100,000,000 new ordinary shares
of 0.1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at 0.5p per share to raise
#500,000 for the Company, prior to expenses. The placing has been made in
response to significant market demand. The net proceeds of the placing will be
used to further develop the business and for additional working capital.

The shares have been placed by the Company's broker, Seymour Pierce Ellis
Limited, with private and institutional investors.

Application has been made for the admission of the new Ordinary Shares to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange plc.
The shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the
Company. Dealings in the new Ordinary Shares are expected to commence on 18 June
2003.
