Conversion Calculation Date as follows: 
 
Holders owning 1,429,183 Sterling Shares have elected to switch into U.S Dollar 
Shares. 
 
Holders owning 4,005 U.S. Dollar Shares have elected to switch into Sterling 
Shares. 
 
Shareholder CREST accounts for those shareholders for whom Conversion Notices 
have been received will be credited with new Shares on 27 May 2009.
