The Company announces that on 31 October 2024 it purchased for cancellation 54,206 of its ordinary shares of 5.6110477936 pence each ("Shares") through HSBC Bank plc, in accordance with the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 6 September 2024.
