Notice of AGM

Barkby Group PLC (AIM:BARK) confirms the Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the Company's registered office at 115b Innovation Drive, Milton, Abingdon, OX14 4RZ on 22 February 2023 at 10.00 a.m.

Posting of Annual Report

A notice convening the Company's 2023 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted to shareholders on 19 January 2023 with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 2 July 2022. These documents will also be available for viewing on the Company's website at www.barkbygroup.com .

Debt Facility Drawing

Further to the announcement of 30 December 2022, the Group confirms it has drawn GBP4.2m of the Tarncourt facility since its financial year end taking the drawn balance to GBP6.7m of the total GBP12m available. The Directors have made a draw down request for a further GBP2.5m, which will be used to provide additional liquidity for the Group to pay its creditors including HM Revenue & Customs.
