Notice of
AGM
ActiveOps plc (AIM: AOM), a leading
provider of Decision Intelligence for service operations, confirms
that its 2024 Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") has today
been made available and can be viewed on, or downloaded from, the
Company's corporate website at https://investors.activeops.com/investors.
Printed copies of the Notice of AGM will be sent to those
shareholders who have elected to receive hard copy
communications.
The AGM will be held at the offices
of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP at Cannon Place, 78
Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6AF, at 9 a.m. on 26 September
2024.
Shareholders planning to attend the
AGM in person, are asked to please notify the Company in advance by
email to investors@activeops.com
to assist in planning and implementing
arrangements for this year's meeting, as the Company may need to
implement health and safety protocols to ensure the safety of all
attendees.
If there are any changes to the
arrangements of the AGM, these will be communicated to members
before the meeting through the Company's website and, where
appropriate, via the Regulatory News Service.
Shareholders are invited to submit
any questions for the Board in advance by sending an email
to investors@activeops.com.
The Directors will give a business update to shareholders and
answer relevant questions at the beginning of the AGM, after which
the formal business as set out in the Notice of AGM will be
considered.
