Supplementary Prospectus dated 1 February 2019 (the Supplementary Prospectus) relating to the GBP5,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme of TSB Bank plc, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments of interest and principal by TSB Covered Bonds LLP.

The Supplementary Prospectus should be read and construed in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 1 November 2018 (the Base Prospectus).
