ADDITIONAL LISTING



The Company has, on 10th February, been notified that two ex-employees have
acquired 24,725 ordinary shares of 2p each at a price of 11.7p and 10,304
ordinary shares of 2p each at a price of 11.5p respectively, as a result of the
exercise of options, under the company's Sharesave Scheme.



Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for admission of these
additional 35,029 ordinary shares to the Official List and to the London Stock
Exchange for admission to trading.  The shares are expected to trade on Tuesday
18th February 2003.  The number of shares in issue following this listing will
be 162,572,388.
