("Bancolombia"), appointed Ricardo Sierra Moreno as a new member of Bancolombia's Audit Committee. Mr. Sierra Moreno has been an independent member of Bancolombia's Board of Directors since 1996. Mr. Sierra Moreno will be occupying the position left vacant following the resignation of Mr.Carlos Raul Yepes from the Audit Committee.
