To me this is strong buy I like a lot of new money strong company and Monday the 24th come in some big share holders good luck Monday the boat has loaded!

The Thunder Power website appears abandoned since 2019 as last time news was posted - Think its gonna wind up on the trash heap of failed fake EV companies hitting the Bankruptcy courts this summer. A 70% drop on the news doesn't bode well for the deal since 97.6% of FLFV investors pulled their money out not liking what they were seeing.

I don't know but when 97.26 % of the shares are redeemed doesn't that kinda doom the merger?

I really hope they don't wait until December to just cancel the deal... I can't imagine they would because they have to deposit $100,000 into the trust fund every month they extend.

I don't know why they do the extensions but it is very common. It doesn't make sense to me because either you are gonna make a deal or your not.

They do however have to pay $100,000 into the trust account per month unless they close. That says something.

They obviously aren't very motivated or they would have closed the deal already.

They must have to votes for the extension since they only left 3 days to make it work.

March 21st is coming up... these fuckers better go though with the deal

so it looks like Thunder Power will merge with Feutune based on an announcement made on Oct. 27.

as of now FLFVW go for ~0.02, so if they do convert that would be ridiculous.

I am assuming if they announce they will convert, the price would jump. So picking up some now might be good as you said.

Definitely something to keep an eye on into 2024 as the deal moves forward or terminates.

Will be on the lookout for any new warrants issued related to the deal.
